Dynamic Associates was founded by Diego Tuttolomondo and Adrian Orozco, two hospitality professionals who met while working in the industry approximately six years ago.
Throughout their careers, both founders experienced firsthand the challenges of finding the right employment opportunities and witnessed the difficulties hospitality businesses face when searching for reliable staff.
They recognized an opportunity to make the hiring process easier, faster, and more personal for everyone involved.
That shared vision became Dynamic Associates.
Having worked in hospitality management across Florida, Diego and Adrian combined their industry knowledge, business relationships, sales experience, and marketing expertise to create a staffing company built around one simple belief:

Adrian Orozco
Adrian brings hospitality management, marketing, digital development, and business operations experience to Dynamic Associates.
His background combines firsthand hospitality industry knowledge with the technology and marketing strategies needed to connect businesses and candidates more effectively.
As COO, Adrian oversees website development, marketing, digital systems, and administration.
